The conflicts are occurring because those files are being changed via multiple devices. The simplest solution is to always access those conflicting files only from a single device at a time.
Mobile apps have a much higher tendency to be running all of the time, so it’s probably why conflicts are occurring on your Android devices.

I deleted all the conflict files. But it shouldnt habe caused any issues right?
It’s entirely up to you to decide which versions of a file to keep. Probably the worst case is that you’ll lose some new game saves if the conflict files are newer, but otherwise it won’t cause any other problems.
