Request for "Recent Changes" popup in web GUI to include a subtitle "Changes from the last 24 hours"

As per title. It would help users understand why the screen can be empty at times.

I think it is “last x changes since starting syncthing” in reality?!

Yeah, it’s nothing todo with time, and todo with startup time and event count.

Wouls it be possible to make the recent changes list persistent for the last X items? I’m also using it to quick check if Syncthing proceeds with what I expected.

Everything is possible, but everything requires someone to invest time into it. It’s not a matter of flipping saveEvents from false to true.
