Seems relays.syncthing.net´s ipv6 connectivity is currently broken.
Pinging from 10 random nlnog nodes worldwide:

apt seem fine:

10 servers: 57.11ms average 29.22ms median
It’s mystical k8s cloud load balancer thing, which does not appear to answer pings. It does answer HTTPS though.
Right, thanks! What actually prompted my troubleshooting was the same issue as seen in SyncThing Relay Not Binding to IPv6 on OpenBSD, but on Linux.
