Refuses to create new (sync) folder

I try to add a new folder located in (SD-card)/Android/data/com.nutomic.syncthingandroid/files

Please see the attached files (Screenfotos and video)

When I click the “tick” - nothing is created. I still have just the same one synced folder (Camera) I’ve always had
