Raw socket error 10013

Hello forum, a node (A) (Win10) is shown as disconnected in the console of node (B) and states the following error message:

German: Der Zugriff auf einen Socket war aufgrund der Zugriffsrechte des Sockets unzulässig.

English (assumption): An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions

If I open the console on node (A) it shows the same error on node (B).

Any idea what causes that issue?

PS. The node has two IPs because it may be connected via WLAN or LAN.

I found the issue. The firewall blocked the access between the two nodes.
