I’m in the US, my nextdns instance is showing me that when I use syncthing it sends queries to India. why is this? I thought this was run through a localhost: setup?
I just want to make sure I’m not hacked or anything like that, I downloaded syncthing from here https://github.com/syncthing/syncthing-macos/releases/tag/v1.23.5-1

If 100% of your Syncthing servers are on your local network, and never sync over the Internet, you can disable Relay and Global Discovery. This should reduce/eliminate this.
I keep them off on everything.
The only exception is the Android app where we have problems with local discovery.
