Problems installing on feral seedbox

I followed these instruction: https://github.com/feralhosting/feralfilehosting/tree/master/Feral%20Wiki/Software/Syncthing%20-%20Basic%20Setup.

I installed from the script. When I run the command syncthing syncthing just keeps restarting and then a message comes up saying after 4 restarts syncthing wont try to run. Can anyone help?

It’s probably already running.

What is the command to stop/restart? Im not sure if it is bc my config file didnt match what the instructions said it would.
