Problem with folder in nas synology

Hello everyone, this is my first post so if I have wrong section please excuse me and any suggestions are welcome. I just installed Syncthing on my Synology NAS with DSM-7.1.1, however I have the problem of the folder to sync. I don’t want the one that syncthig uses but assign it one of the ones I have in my HOMES/my_name folder but it always gives me error. I have all admin privileges, I tried via SSH, but I couldn’t do it. I always get the following error: “Failed to create folder marker: mkdir /volume1/homes/my_name/.stfolder: permission denied ”Has anyone ever had this problem? How can I solve it? Thanks everyone and bye p.s. excuse my English but I use an automatic translator

Please see FAQ — Syncthing documentation regarding the folder marker. You have a file permissions issue. The user that owns the Syncthing process cannot write a file in that location.

You will need to grant access to the “internal user” called sc-syncthing for the folders you want to share. The Syncthing app on Synology runs as a system user, not the one you use to log into the admin interface or SSH.

Best read and try to understand the SynoCommunity documentation here:
