Possibility to log "recent changes" to file or log?

Hi all,

is there any option to log the changes shown under “Recent Changes” in the Web UI to a file?

Use Case: I want to be able to review the changes done to a host. Finally, e.g., via Kibana or something similar.

Yeah, with -verbose or -audit or subscribing to events on the REST interface.
