I share only the “data” folder between my devices. Syncthing says it is “up to date”, while on remote devices it shows “Syncing” on both machines.
Apparently, that can be due to ignore patterns - fine.
If I click on “Out of Sync Items” on either machine, I see all the files that are only on this machine.
Here comes the issue, though:
These files aren’t ignored at all!
I’ve repeatedly checked and even changed my ignore patterns,
but for some reason syncthing won’t sync those folders.
Curiously enough, it does sync any recent changes I do to files that are already on both devices.
This makes me really worried about the integrity of my data,
since I just deleted and moved a few folders…
