I forgot my login credentials and now cant do anything
What is your operating system? You need to find config.xml (see https://docs.syncthing.net/users/config), open it in a text editor, then find <password> under <gui> and empty it, so that it looks like <password></password>.
Please make sure to do all of this while Syncthing isn’t running. Then, you should be able to start and access Syncthing again with no password required.
