Outbound connections to known Malware IPs

Our SIEM platform, is flagging continuous outbound requests from SyncThing to known Malware IP Addresses, is there anyway to limit the IP Addresses that SyncThing can query?

You can disable relaying if you don’t need it, or only use specific relays:
