Out of sync problems ( name is invalid...)

Dear all,

I have just added my whatsapp folder in my android phone be synced to my computer, but failed to complete with 19 items out of sync. Most of them are failed with the below error message:

(a) “name is invalid, must not end in space or period in windows”

(b) 4 of them are failed because “The system cannot find the file specified”

so any ideas on how to solve problem (a) first?
