Out of Sync because of one file which cannot be removed

We have one server from which we push content to around 250 clients in Send Only mode. Now we have the problem that the server always shows it’s Out of Sync and Override Changes does not work. It seems one of the clients got infected with a malware and this file is in use and cannot be removed by Syncthing. But we can’t find which client has this file! Is there any way to find out from Syncthing on which client this file is stored?

That device will have completion percentage below 100% (will show up as out of sync). It might also show up in the global change log.
