I have three Shares on a remote PC with limited bandwidth. Is there any way to set an order of syncing of those shares? I know, sounds crazy, but I would like to see if I could sync folder1, then folder2 and then folder3, in that order, and not all of them simultaneously.
There is no ordering, no. They are all independent of each other.

You can pause them individually to work around it, yet they are all done concurrently. I suspect the traffic between them should be fairly split. If you are able, you could use the rest api to do something more clever.
