One half of a paired sync shows disconnected and sync is not working:

Ok.

Noob here, so I’m willing to bet that this is a “rattlesnake issue” but I’m stuck.

Environment: I have two UnRaid Unleashed devices for the house network. One is configured as a SMB file share for the Windows machines in the house (UnRaid-Alpha) and the other (UnRaid-Beta) is a onsite mirror / backup for the first.

I have Syncthing installed and running on both machines and things were working fine for about a month. Alpha was configured as Send only. Beta was Receive only. Syncthing was chugging along and working it’s way through the ~ 30TB of data for the house and then “Boom.”

It started failing sync.

In the WebGUI, Beta started showing the status of Alpha as Disconnected. Alpha shows that Beta is connected and syncing, but the traffic is 0.0

I’ve tried rebooting both Syncthing and the UnRaid host environment on both Alpha and Beta. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled Syncthing and reconfigured the sync. It worked as expected for about a day. Then back to disconnected. I’ve tried changing everything in the Syncthing configuration from dynamic to static TCP4 connections on both Alpha and Beta. Nothing seems to make a persistent change other than ripping everything out, reinstalling and reconfiguring.

Help.

Needs logs or support bundles from both sides to be able to determine what’s happening.
