Hey Syncthing devs,
I would love to make some useful contributions to the project. In did read the conditrbution.md file so I am aware of the requirements. I have over 10 years of professional experience in Java and Angular development in high volume enterprise IT environments, I’m not another vibe coder that starts his IT career. 
I would love to discus where I can contribute and what the roadmap would be. However, I do need some kind of onboarding as well to get it going. Are you guys open to it?
