not starting in Windows 10

I just installed syncthing on 2 computer both windows 10. On my laptop syncthing starts with windows and starts syncing on its own. On my desktop, it does not start on its own and I have to click on the icon to start it. Am I missing some setting somewhere? I do have “Automatically start on login” checked in the settings. Version: 1.1.21

Syncthing does not have an Automatically start on login" checkbox. Are you using SyncTrayzor?

Yes I must be using SyncTrayzor but it does say both in the upper left corner.
