No more EXIT button on android?

I change my mobile phone from one 7.1x (where i got the “permission loop”) to another running 7.1x but meanwhile the syncthing version goes from 10.3 to 10.4

I realised that the END (exit? Quit?) button in menu isn’t there. Is it possible to get this back? Is there a mistake i made as i restore all my app’s with titanium-Backup?

That button is only there, if you don’t set the always run in background option.
