Hi i have no connection beetwen windows host and ubunto guest. 192.168.178.44 and 192.168.178.55

is it not possible inside same 192.168.178. ?

and i got this error message (i saw it now in second try may becouse i reset my DSL-Moden yesterday):

UPnP has nothing to do with your problem. I suspect, that the virtual network doesn’t support broadcast / multicast which is needed for the devices to find each other in local networks. You should enter the IPs in the addresses field of the remote devices.

i get phpmyadmin from client over his ip. thats no problem

i dont know if client gets the ip of the host.
