Trying to add two folders to sync. The first one added just fine. The second one has been stuck on “preparing to sync”. I have removed it and tried to re-sync it several times. I don’t see any error messages and don’t know how to trouble shoot.
It just sits like this. Note that the file labeled “Legal Work” is syncing from the same computer, same drive. One works, the other one just sits there. Any help troubleshooting is appreciated.
