Except the download speed being zero while (supposedly) actively requesting blocks. 
@Banko I think you’re having a speed of 0 B/s, with occasional transfer bursts when sending files from Android, correct? If that is true, I recommend you set your notifications to “Watching” on the Slow sync sending files from Android topic, as that seems to be about your problem.
