Minecraft Unlimited Items - Save File Sync Issue in Syncthing

Halo semuanya,

Status Syncthing menunjukkan 100% selesai.

Terima kasih sebelumnya :folded_hands:

Hi everybody,

I’d like to ask if anyone has ever experienced issues syncing Minecraft save files using Syncthing, especially when the file contains a modified world with lots of items (like unlimited items).

The problem I’m experiencing:

The file has been detected in the sync folder.

Syncthing status shows 100% complete.

But when opened on another device, some items are missing or the world progress is not the same.

I have tried:

Clear cache on both devices.

Rearrange folders with “Send & Receive” mode.

Ensures the Minecraft game version is the same on all devices.

But the results remain inconsistent. If anyone has encountered this issue, could you share some tips?

I also found a guide that covers syncing games & save files, including Minecraft, here: Minecraft Save File Syncing Guide Using Syncthing - Google Docs Maybe this will help others who have similar problems. Thanks in advance. :folded_hands:

I’ve run into similar sync issues before, especially with games like Minecraft that keep some data cached while running. Make sure the game is completely closed on both devices before Syncthing starts syncing, and let it fully finish the transfer before reopening the world. Sometimes it also helps to pause sync until you’re done playing, then resume so all changes get sent at once.
