Master Repo says out of sync

running syncthing-windows-amd64-v0.9.2 on both machines. Comp "A" Comp "K" Comp A has a Repo named Hawaii and its a master repo. syncing with Comp K.

I delete the Repo, removed the files and added the repo back again. now it wont sync, and it says Repo Is out of sync on comp A. but this is the master how can it be out of sync?

“Master” does not mean it cannot be out of sync, merely that those changes are not accepted and acted upon. In this case you removed all the files on the other node and put them back, so the newest state was first that they were all deleted, and then added back with new timestamps.
