I use a portable to be synchronized by a server, now I am in LAN with the server, what does this log row means ?

Syncthing can use UPnP to attempt to allow inbound connections on your Internet gateway. See Firewall Setup — Syncthing documentation for more information.
If you don’t want Syncthing to do this, in the GUI go to Actions/Settings/Connections and turn off Enable NAT Traversal.
