List of out of sync items is empty

Another case that appears in the new version of Syncthing (1.17.0). A lot of nodes share different parts of one folder selected by ignore patterns. At least two of nodes (A and B) stuck in Syncing state but shared folder is Up to Date. When I’d like to see the list of items it shows nothing.
