Limit bandwidth over Zerotier only

The local network should be unlimited but the Zerotier network should be speed limited to 50kb/sec. How to do this on Linux, OSX and Android?

It’s possible via IP but maybe it’s easier to do via the Network interface? IMHO this should be detected and the user prompted to mark it as a bandwidth limited connection.

There’s this, but it’s an old thread: calmh commented on Sep 6, 2016

@vfugal this is sadly undocumented and due to #2267 not visible in the advanced settings, but you can add

... 192.168.42.0/24 10.23.0.0/16

to your config and these will be considered local.

I am not sure what your question is. If it’s ‘can it be done by network interface’, then the answer is no.
