Are folders’ ids case sensitive? Platform dependant? This is not told in documentation.

FolderId is case sensitive. You can create folders with ids: “abc” and “ABC” at the same time. I think there is a big-endian implementation of byte order there and should work same at any platform…

Yeah. (All strings at the protocol level are utf-8 strings, endianness doesn’t really come into it.)
To avoid some obvious confusion the auto generated folder IDs are always lowercase and avoid the traditionally confusing characters, iirc.
