jpg files unreadable on other machine

Hi guys, I have syncthing installed on a Surface Pro 6, and on my desktop.

I have some jpgs that originated from just downloading on the SP6, and when syncthing sends them over to my desktop: the desktop can’t open them.

There are other images in the same folder, also jpgs - that are sent fine.

Ok, I attempted to just update and save all the problem images as a new file - this worked. So I guess the images themselves were corrupted, or otherwise unreadable on my desktop until I re-saved them…
