I could able to sync 10 devices(1 PC and 9 mobile) quickly in on my local network, all are working on same WIFI.
I moved server devices to DO cloud machines and all mobile device are connected under different network, Now it seems 6 devices are in disconnect mode and syncing also not working well.
Is there any specific reason for it?
I am using the default for discovery and relay.
Can you post the Syncthing log from the DO cloud machines and/or look for all lines referring to connectivity. You can also find the log in the web UI via Actions->Logs.

First thing I noticed is that you use a “dirty” version, however the hash points to an older commit on master, so that shouldn’t be the problem - still, any specific reason that you use that?
The device 5LMJFP7 seems to close the connection, can you get logs from that device too.
We are using 0.10.4 version for Android, Can you please suggest supporting version of syncthing?
My syncthing version is v0.14.43

In any case I doubt this is the reason for your connection problems, so please check the logs on 5LMJFP7.
As I said, the version probably doesn’t matter. v0.14.x are all compatible. And v0.14.44 was just released, so no need to install rc3. However what we really need are logs.
Not sure, I would assume it’s a problem with F-Droid. I have a script that selects the correct Syncthing version, so the Google Play version should definitely be fine.
I just checked and F-Droid’s 0.10.4 correctly runs v0.14.43.
