It is unfortunate that some issues are frustrating you so much.
All software has bugs (AFAIK), and some times fixing one is unfathomably complicated. But thankfully, the open source software allows the world to contribute and help each other on fixing the issues/bugs that might show up.
Again, it is unfortunate that this system has not been able to get this software to the level that you desire, and I tend to assume that most people who are annoyed do not try to do anything about it to actually help in fixing that.
So, if you did not read the agreement that came with this software, I encourage you to do it.
The maintainers are human and have a life to live. I assume they don’t owe you anything, except thanks for reporting actual bugs, because they are artists and love to perfect their work, when they have the time and desire to work on it.
Thank you for sharing your story here. This is a place for good and bad experiences, but I hope that you would try to stay and help instead of saying “I’m fed of it, I’m leaving”.
