Ignore Permissions as default on all folders

Is there a way to have all folders ignore permissions by default and only uncheck that on a per folder basis?

Most of my syncthing problems are solved by ignoring permissions and I’d rather not have to go through each folder individually when I discover yet another folder I forgot to fix that way.

No, there is no way to do that. There is an existing feature request on the issue tracker asking for this.
