After I had added new folder which subsequently was scanned the Ignore Patterns button was disabled. _aD on #syncthing witnessed this bug, too. Reloading the page fixed the issue.
Some notes: The directory added was previously shared with different folder id. That folder was removed from Syncthing before sharing again with different folder id. The directory has stignore file.
