Hello, I have problem with whitelist Wi-Fi. It’s my home Wi-Fi, it works flawlessly on lineage android, but I have another phone huawei and if I select this option in syncthing, Wi-Fi is not recognized. Log only shows connection to my server.

You need to enable location services and grant syncthing permissions to check location, because wifi network names are classed as something that reveals your location, hence falls under location permissions.
You are right… When I enable location it works. Did you know on which android version location is needed for this option? On my old phone android 7, it works without location.
I think android 8 is when it was introduced.
