I installed Syncthing hoping it could sync from my computer to an external SSD. I understand now the the progam is for sync between computers. How do I uninstall and remove all files and folders?
It depends. What exactly did you install?
I downloaded the Windows ARM version and opened the syncthing.exe file. When I explored the program I found out that this is not what I looked for. No files for other computer has been created. I wish to remove all compnents that has been installed on my computer.

It doesn’t affect the OS in any way, but if you want to get rid of all traces, you just need to delete the config directory. Please check https://docs.syncthing.net/users/config.html for the exact path in Windows (copy and paste the path into the address bar in Windows explorer).
