How to increase the thing equivalent to inotify in MacOS?

Hello, Your FAQ explains how to increase the inotify limit in Linux:

How can I effectively do the same in MacOS? When running Syncthing 1.2.1 in MacOS, I’m getting messages about this.

You can’t, on mac it’s not inotify, but fsevents. And you shouldn’t be able to get that error on mac. Please post logs/screenshots.
