How to hide file before it complete synchronization?

I have a video test.mp4 in Device-0 and want to sync to Device-1 but I want to hide the video before it’s completed (cause I don’t want to show a corrupt file).

Any suggestion?

While it is synced, it has a custom name that does not end with mp4, so it should not have any effect on your media indexer.
