Once a file has transferred from my laptop folder to my google pixel folder (which then uploads to my google photos), how do I get them to auto delete from the laptop folder so I know which ones are done?
In one word, Syncthing cannot do any auto deletion like that on its own. This is because the purpose of Syncthing is to perform two-way continuous synchronisation, not just file transfer/migration from one side to the other.
