How to diagnose "Connection Refused" for web GUI

I am running syncthing on several systems, a mixture of xubuntu, raspberry pi and some virtual servers.

I’m having a really hard time connecting to the GUI on the (headless) Raspberry Pi systems. I have configured them to listen on 0.0.0.0:8384 and restarted syncthing but I still get ‘Connection Refused’. These systems are just on my LAN so there’s no firewall or anything intervening.

How can I troubleshoot this please?

OK, I think the problem may be with my browser cache!

I’ll restart and check again.
