Can you help me on how to migrate Syncthing from Windows to Linux?
Don’t…! Just install and start fresh. There are a lot of pitfalls in trying to reuse configuration, so I advice against it.
If you give some more info someone might be able to give a more detailed response.

I kind of agree. Setup syncthing on the new machine and add the original machine as a device. Then add each folder on the new machine and let syncthing copy all the files over. Then you can run both machines for a while if you like or just remove the old machine.
