How do I get the files onto my desktop?

I set it up as far as this

What do I have to do to get the files onto my computer. The tutorial doesn’t make a lot of sense to me.

Hi,

If you would like to sync some files/folders between two or more devices, Syncthing must be installed and configured on all of those machines. And those machines need to know each other’s Device ID to talk to each other. Device ID can be seen by clicking the Actions --> Show ID button on the top right corner of the UI. And Remote Device can be added by using Add Remote Device Button. Next step is to select the folder you would like to sync between those devices. For more information please refer to below link.
