Cause the synching stun server is not fast for everybody in the world, it’s pessary to setup my own stun server, but the synching’s stun server is special, I even can’t find the same one, and don’t know how to deploy it.

It isn’t, though, it’s just a normal STUN server. Any will do. Syncthing will even fall back to one of a larger set of STUN servers compiled in.
Two IP address is needed, could you tell me which stun server Syncthing used and where can I find it?
Indeed, it requires two public IP addresses and is a bit annoying to run. We use the stuntman-server in Debian.
