I am running Syncthings on a Truenas scale.
While configuring and changing I see that some old folders are taking a lot of space in the var folder.
Is there a way to clean them up?
Please advise.

You cannot assume that everyone on the forum knows everything. First, what is a Truenas scale. Which operating system, which version, where is the var folder. What is its content. Where is the database?
To discuss, some facts are needed.
