Respectfully, you’re not giving us much to go on here. Please start with http://docs.syncthing.net/ —- particularly Getting Started — Syncthing documentation and FAQ — Syncthing documentation .
Once you’ve read through all that, if the issue doesn’t become apparent to you please post screenshots of your Syncthing console on both ends, with the folder in question and the other peer expanded.
