GUI restart error

when i change a setting i get a prompt to restart the program, on one of my windows box, i click restart, it still shows that i must restart i checked the ST program, it has a error message.

something like this:

“FATAL: Cannot start GUI: listen tcp 127.0.0.1:8080: bind: Only one usage of each socket address…”

Restart works for me on Windows; can you show the full console log?

yes it works on my desktop, but it stopped working on my laptop. and i still cant sync. i port forward tcp 22000 and udp 22025 on both routers.
