Device Priorities

I have come up with the idea of device priorities and I would like to propose this here. My common Syncthing setups suffer from a very annoying problem. The setup is as follows: One/two boxes are a server with reasonable bandwith. Other nodes are laptops/desktops with high downstream and a very low upstream bandwidth. When a lot of nodes are online and I drop a large file into my Syncthing folder, Syncthing uploads the blocks to each node at the same time. This is very annoying when you have …
