Stumbled upon Githubs new issue forms. e.g this one used by uptime-kuma:
As the issue tracker gets a lot of support requests, this might be worth a shot to avoid having to manually intervene each time with a “This looks more like a support request”.
It’s not a silver bullet but might be enough to move more of these topics to the forum and collect better information from the start.
