Hi,

i am new using syncthing. so far i love it. i got a question - i plan to sync two android devices and one windows device.

so the folder structure on android devices (it is):

DCIM
   Camera
   any other subfolders

structure on windows devices (it should):

Syncthing
   DCIM
      Camera
      any other subfolders

but on my windows device it is:

Syncthing
DCIM
any other subfolders

How can i do that? the folders which come from the android device will be synced in my users folder, but i want to place it within syncthing folder in my user folder.

i cannot figure out how to do that. i cannot change the folderpath of the pairs which came from android device.

What do you mean by that? You can change the path freely but only when adding a folder for the first time. You can’t do it for the existing folders (well, you can, but it’s for the advanced users).

Basically, the recommended method to change a folder path is to simply remove the folder from Syncthing, then add it again under a different path. After removing the folder, you can disconnect and reconnect your devices to trigger a new Add Folder notification to pop up in the GUI.
