Please click on the 1 items, ~6.94 KiB and show the specific file name that cannot be synced. Check if the folder on the phone is not set to “Send Only” too. Also, assuming the other side is Android, please make sure that there are no special characters like :*?<> in the filename.
Please post screenshots from the Web GUI on Android. You can access it from the left slide-out menu.
Also, the path suggest that this is an external SD card. Which version of Android are you using? SD cards are supported only on Android 11 and newer (and require granting the Syncthing app the “all files access” permission).
I realized the issue was related to the SD card - i presume because it was almost full, thanks for the help
