filename is invalid

I’m trying to sync from a debian linux laptop to a windows 7 desktop and many of my files fail to sync because of invalid file names. No special characters in the file names, some are long but not all, see example below

file "analysis\sexLFA41dfogeorges.rdata "): pull: filename is invalid

Space at the end of the filename
